Welcome to the DOSIRCD pre-release test end user license agreement (EULA)

 -LICENSING-

OVERVIEW:
DOSIRCD, this installer, and the installer package file format are all
designed by myself, Mike Chambers. It is distributed as "free software,"
but there are limitations as to what that term means in the case of DOSIRCD.

1. RE-DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
You are free to copy and re-distribute, in any method you prefer whether
that be over the internet, burned on a CD, saved on a floppy disk, or USB
drive. That is perfectly acceptable. However THIS RE-DISTRIBUTION *MUST*
contain the installer executable, it's counterpart package file, along
with the license file. If these conditions are not met, you are
comitting a violation of the end-user license agreement. Specifically,
 these files are INSTALL.EXE, INSTALL.PAK, and LICENSE.TXT.

They must also be *UNMODIFIED* as in they are byte-for-byte exactly the
same as found on my website http://www.rubbermallet.org

2. SOURCE CODE AGREEMENT
As I'm sure you have noticed, DOSIRCD comes with the complete original
QuickBASIC 7.1 source code files for both the main program DOSIRCD,
as well as it's configuration utility.

It is my intention that these files are used for the purposes of
education, for those interested in a program like this and what goes into
writing it. You are free to play with the source code, and even modify it
 WITH THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS.

You may *NOT* re-release the source code separately from the rest of the
software's components. As mentioned before, you may only redistribute the
original installation package is it is available at my website above.

You may not re-compile and distribute your own executables made with
neither the unmodified or modified source code. If you do wish to use
parts or all of my source code for anything other than personal use, you
MAY NOT EVER do so without my explicit permission.

If you want to do some modifications to it for your own personal use, you
are by all means free to do so as long as you do not distribute the results.
If you would like to use part of my program as a component for a program of
your own, or to add features, etc. I will be perfectly happy to let you do
so, provided to get in touch with me and tell me about it. All I will likely
want in return is that I am credited for my contributions. I believe that
 is fair.

If you want to get in touch with me, Mike Chambers, you may e-mail me at
miker00lz@gmail.com

If I am unreachable there for any reason, you can always go to my website
http://www.rubbermallet.org/ and get in touch with me via the forum.

-Mike
